1. No Indicator lights are lit.

1. No AC power available. 2. Battery voltage is below about 2.5 volts. 3. Battery Tender clamps are hooked up incorrectly. 4. Battery tender is defective.

1. Insure AC power is available. 2. Disconnect all loads from battery, then reattach Battery Tender. 3. Reverse polarity of clamps. 4. Call +31(0)599 663 000 for service.

2. Red Indicator light not lit at the beginning of the charge cycle.
|
1. Battery is charged. 2. Battery is defective. 3. Battery Tender is defective.

1. Do Nothing. 2. Have Battery Tested. 3. Call +31(0)599 663 000 for service.

3. Battery Tender will not switch to storage charge.
|
1. Battery Tender is not fully charged yet. 2. Battery is defective. 3. Excessive load is present on battery during charge cycle. 4. Battery Tender is defective.

1. Allow sufficient time for charge. See note below. 2. Have battery tested. 3. Remove load from battery. 4. Call +31(0)599 663 000 for service.

4. Both indicator lights are lit at the same time.

1. AC power was temporarily interrupted. 2. A load greater than 0.5 amps is present while charging in the float mode. 3. Battery is defective.

1. Unplug Battery Tender from AC power. Wait one minute and plug Battery Tender back into AC power. 2. Investigate whether or not the load is normal. 3. Have battery tested.
